Site of Encounters:
A Conversation Amongst Caregivers

This is our second project with Baycrest@Home working with Adult Caregivers who are supporting family members living with dementia.

Our program attracted participants from Winnipeg, Bracebridge, and across the GTA. New relationships emerged by the third session and humor and encouragement for each one’s efforts helped the group to become an enduring and supporting community.
